I'm an artist, illustrator, and designer based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. 

 

My work transcends many artistic industries, and I am proud to present my illustration portfolio to you on this site. What is illustration? It's essentially a narrative art form, and I've enjoyed pursuing the field for many years. For a deep cut, here's a link to my first illustration contract project: No Pets Allowed, still in print. Another part of my professional work is my gallery painting portfolio. Here, original paintings are available for purchase and shipped directly from my studio.

 

Here's a selection of excellent places I've worked with: TOWN and Paste magazines (respectively), Nike, Egmont, Faber & Faber, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Adult Swim– to name a few. Of course, I love my local community, which has chosen me to illustrate event posters for Charleston Farmers Market, Piccolo Spoleto, and the magnificent YALL Fest (thank you, Blue Bicycle Books). I've created work for College of Charleston Magazine (full disclosure: I'm also an adjunct professor teaching digital illustration).

 

My work has received awards from the Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, a gold medal for my editorial work. And I've been honored by other top industry competitions like Spectrum, 3×3, Creative Quarterly, and PLAY! Illustration and Showcase 100.
